Dr. Studebaker has worked in full-time professional ministry for 24 years. He is an experienced Bible teacher as well as a mentor for Christian leaders and laypersons, assisting them in discovering their personal life-calling and in taking practical steps toward fulfilling their calling.

Bridge Ministries, Inc.
1997 Executive Director

Dr. Studebaker is Executive Director of Bridge Ministries, Inc., which serves churches throughout the USA. He is developer, teacher and facilitator of the LifeBridge Seminar, which helps Christians find and fulfill their God-given life-calling. The Seminar has been conducted in 35 churches. He developed the LifeBridge Video Workshop in 2004, which has been used in over 50 churches (their small group, assimilation, and outreach ministries), and the ChurchBridge church consulting process. He directs the staff team, meets with pastors, coordinates marketing activities; writes relevant articles, and assists churches with strategic development. BMI also has on its team a marketing director, a technical director, an advertising director, a small group coach, and an office coordinator.

Dr. Studebaker currently teaches Bible, theology, Business Ethics, and Leadership development courses as an adjunct Professor in Undergraduate and Graduate Programs.
