How to Recognize a Stroke

Years ago my grandfather died from a heart attack. When the stroke occurred, he was aware of what was happening and told his wife.

If you were to have a heart attack, would you recognize the symptoms? This infographic by the American Stroke Association lists common signs to look for when someone has a stroke. Numbness or weakness in the arms, drooping face and slurred speech are some of the signs.
