Some of the world's largest and most successful corporations ask offbeat questions to probe the creative processes and problem solving abilities of possible job candidates.

- "If you were shrunk to the size of a pencil and put in a blender, how would you get out?"
Some churches also use an interview/questioning process to hire ministers. Often questions about abortion and infallibity of scripture are asked in conservative churches. Maybe the churches should be asking more open ended questions like these:
- In your opinion what is the biggest flaw in American churches and what would you do here to prevent such problems from occurring?
- What is your favorite method of discipleship?
