In September 2013 Mother Jones.com ran an article entitled “Oh Magog! Why End Times Buffs Are Freaking Out About Syria.” In response to allegations that the Syrian government used chemical weapons on its own people many Americans called for the United States to bomb this government’s inhuman military. Syria’s military controls its capital city of Damascus, one of the oldest cities in the Middle East. For end time buffs this brings to mind an end time prophecy from the Old Testament Book of Isaiah. In Isaiah 17:1 KJV the prophet wrote “The Burden of Damascus. Behold Damascus is taken away from being a city and it shall be a ruinous heap.” If the U.S. bombed Damascus this could result in the city becoming a ruinous heap and be the fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy?
This controversy over Syria has renewed attention in end times Bible prophecy, especially since both Russia and Iran support the Syrian government. Many Christians believe that Russia and Iran will play key roles in the fulfillment of end times Bible prophecy that ultimately leads to Armageddon and the end of the world as we know it. Many end time enthusiasts believe Russia is Gog/Magog, the leader and his evil empire that Ezekiel 38/39 says will lead a multi-national invasion of Israel during the end times.
The battle of Gog/Magog of Ezekiel 38/39 is considered to be one of the most important events prophesied for the end times. Many evangelical Christians believe that Ezekiel 38/39 offers an exact description of Russia with Ezekiel 38:5 also listing Persia (Iran), Libya and Ethiopia among the invaders. Historian Paul Boyer at the University of Wisconsin in his book When Time Shall Be No More: Prophecy Belief in Modern American Culture, Harvard University Press, 1992, (p.162) wrote, "So hackneyed had this scenario (Magog and Scythia as Russia) become by the 1980’s that its proponents hardly bothered with geographic and linguistic evidence marshaled by earlier writers."
The Mother Jones article “Oh Magog!” focused on bestselling novelist Joel Rosenberg books (Implosion, Epicenter 2.0, Damascus Countdown, The Ezekiel Option). Rosenberg talks about how the innocent bloodshed in Syria is setting the stage for terrible judgment that includes the battle of Ezekiel 38/39 and Armageddon. Rosenberg fervently believes that the Ezekiel 38/39 Gog/Magog invasion involves Russia. In his book Epicenter 2.0 on page 87 Rosenberg writes, “Based on the textural, linguistic and historical evidence we can therefore conclude with a high degree of confidence that Ezekiel is speaking of Russia and the former Soviet Union in chapter 38/39.”
The only data Rosenberg gives to support this bold statement is given on page 364 in footnote no. 8 of Epicenter which lists outdated information from scholastically questionable sources. He also refers to this same footnote for reasons why Russia is Gog/Magog in his recent book Implosion in the endnotes for page 116. Yet throughout his books Rosenberg keeps repeating the mantra that Russia is represented by Gog /Magog with no further support. In other words Rosenberg calls for a Russian-led Gog/Magog alliance invading Israel even though there is no credible historical or Biblical evidence for connecting Russia to Gog/Magog.
Rosenberg has taken up the call for Russia leading the invasion of Ezekiel 38/39 that was first popularized by Hal Lindsey, an evangelist famous for his 1970 book The Late Great Planet Earth. Hal Lindsey still calls for a Russian led Gog/Magog alliance invading Israel despite new archeological and historical evidence to the contrary. This new primary evidence comes from the ancient records of the Assyrian Royal Court. These cuneiform records cover the time period of when Ezekiel wrote. The Assyrian Empire lay to the south of Asia Minor and it was the dominant power of the region. Their court records talk about all the ancient countries referred to in Ezekiel 38/39. The Assyrians received annual tribute from all of the nations of Asia Minor. The documentsrecord the dealings these nations had with the Royal Court over the years. The Assyrian records were not discovered and translated until the 1900’s. These ancient records constitute primary evidence in identifying the nations referred to in Ezekiel 38/39.
These court records tell of a warrior king called Gog (Gugu to the Assyrians and Gyges to the Greeks) from the country of Lydia (Ludu), a country the Assyrians also referred to as Magog. “Magog” simply means “the land of Gog” (matu-gugu). They tell how Gog and the nations allied with Gog were situated across Asia Minor (modern Turkey). We also read how Gog sent two shackled Cimmerian (Gomer) chieftains with rich gifts to Assurbanipal, the Assyrian King.
The Scythians (Ashkuza to the Assyrians and Ashkenaz to the Hebrews-Genesis 10:3) were at different times friends or foes of the Assyrians, and these court records make it clear that the Scythians were in no way related to Magog. Therefore it is very clear that there is no relationship between Magog and Russia, a nation that would not come into existence for another 1400 years or so. Russian origins are Scandinavian not Scythian. In May 2000 National Geographic did a special issue and documentary on Russian origins. The Assyrian Court records also support the information given in Ezekiel 38/39 and Ezekiel 27:13-14 about Meshech, Tubal and Togarmah trading people, brass vessels, and horses.
Archeologists now know Gog was a militant king who led the countries of Meshech and Tubal to defeat the Cimmerians (Gomer - Ezekiel 38:6) who were invading Asia Minor just as Ezekiel 38:2 refers to Gog of the land of Magog, as the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. In yet another tie to scripture Gog even sent an army to Egypt to help support Pharaoh Psammetichus the son of Pharaoh Necho (II Chronicles 35:20-22) who met with Judah’s King Josiah.
Everything that is needed to properly identify the nations referred in Ezekiel 38/39 is given in the records of the Assyrian Royal Court. These records can all be read in Ancient Records of Assyria and Babylonia, vol.ll – Historical Records of Assyria, University of Chicago Press, 1926, Greenwood Press Reprint, 1968, by Daniel Luckenbill. If the Assyrian court Records are correct in these events, why would they be wrong about the identity of Gog/Magog?
As an archeologist it is astonishing to see that the scriptures about the ancient nations of Ezekiel 38/39 are directly supported by the Assyrian records. The primary evidence of the Assyrian records trump all of the subjective evidence put forth for Russia being Gog/Magog of Ezekiel 38/39. There is one historical record; Christians cannot have a separate historical record for Bible interpretation. The bottom line is that Russia is not Magog of Ezekiel 38/39. I believe that there will be a war as prophesied in Ezekiel 38/39 but Russia will not be the leader of the invasion of the nations named in Ezekiel 38/39.
The correct identification of these nations brilliantly ties together a number of important Biblical prophetic passages and shows that the Bible contains information about some very important ancient events which only recently came to be known by archeologists and historians. These new discoveries are based on DNA studies of ancient skeletons and DNA studies of Tuscan cattle.
When I read the Mother Jones article “Oh Magog!” I was disturbed that some prominent politicians such as some members of Congress, Rep. Louie Gohmert, Rep. Michele Bachman, former Senator Rick Santorum, Governor Sam Brownback, Governor Rick Perry, and Benjamin Netanyahu seem to be buying into the erroneous Biblical interpretations Rosenberg and some other evangelicals are espousing. During his presidency Ronald Reagan even bought into this erroneous Biblical interpretation which portrays Russia as an "evil empire" and the "focus of evil in the modern world". As one critic said "Bad Biblical interpretation makes for even worse politics.” It is important that Christians and political leaders have a correct understanding of just who the nations of Ezekiel 38/39 are to be as they are being influenced and making decisions based on this information. Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven.
Human Remains Found at Sodom!
In a culture that generally believes that science and faith in the Bible are incompatible, once again scientific evidence has been discovered that supports the Bible’s testimony of a real historical event. The April 2013 book entitled Discovering the City of Sodom by Dr. Steven Collins and Dr. Latayne Scott published by Howard/Simon and Schuster details how Dr. Collins came to believe Tall el-Hammam in Jordan was the location of ancient Sodom. Dr. Collins made this determination based on Genesis 13:10 which placed Sodom and Gomorrah in the “plain of the Jordan (River),” an area that it describes as “well watered.” In an otherwise arid land, this same area that remains well watered even today could only be the somewhat circular plain at the southern end of the Jordan River before it enters the Dead Sea.
Dr. Collins, an archaeologist at Trinity Southwest University in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has excavated in this area for seven years. However, his breakthrough discovery came in 2011 when he found human skeletal remains and an unusual potsherd at the siteof Tall el-Hammam. While the unusual potsherd hardly compares in sheer visual drama tothe obvious glories of Stonehenge or the pyramids, it is turning out to be an artifact of monumental importance. The discovery and analysis of this potsherd provides physical evidence for what caused the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah by fire from heaven.
Dr. Collins found the 4,000 year old potsherd that would fit in the palm of your hand in an undisturbed layer of hardened black ash. One side is typical of ancient pottery, but the opposite side is coated with a thin layer of a beautiful translucent greenish glass called trinitite. The trinitite tells us that one side of this clay potsherd was briefly subjected to an extremely high temperature, which caused the silicon of its clay to melt and be converted to glass. Trinitite gets its name from the first atomic bomb test in1945 near Alamogordo, NewMexico whosecode name was Trinity. Trinitite was formed when the sandy clay soil at the test site was drawn up and melted by the explosion, then rained down and solidified into glass.
We now know that a comet or large comet fragment exploding in the atmosphere can produce the same effects as an atomic explosion, including the very high temperatures necessary for the formation of desert glass such as trinitite. This trinitite coated potsherd corroborates that the brimstone and fire Genesis 19:24 says rained out of heaven came from a comet fragment that exploded in the atmosphere over Sodom and Gomorrah. Like an atomic explosion, this comet explosion over Sodom and Gomorrah would have caused a fiery column of smoke, dust, ash and debris to rise up (possibly looking like a mushroom cloud). Genesis 19:28 tells how Abraham “looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and lo the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.”
The same black ash that contained the “Trinitite Potsherd” also revealed the partial skeletal remains of three individuals who were found huddled together in this black ash. Their bones were abnormally extended and twisted. The leg of one was charred off at mid-femur. While the intense heat generated by the fireball of a cometary explosion would literally vaporize everyone it directly hit, these people somehow were partially shielded. The macabre scene speaks of the sudden death and extreme trauma that engulfed these three people who were among those alive at the time the Bible says Abraham negotiated to save the city.
I am particularly excited by Dr. Collins’ discoveries because my book The Comets of God published in 2010 (www.thecometsofgod.com) analyzes the Old Testament catastrophes and their connection to cometary activity and impacts. I detailed how the scriptures make it clear that Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by cometary activity. On page 416 I wrote, “The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, where fire and brimstone (burning sulfur) rained from heaven (Genesis 19:24 and Luke 17:29), is an accurate description of airburst explosions.” I explained how “Airburst explosions were not recognized until after the 1908 Tunguska Event in Siberia had been intensely studied by scientists. The Tunguska event is now believed to be the result of an airburst explosion high in the atmosphere of a small asteroid or cometary fragment approximately 100 meters in diameter.” Since comets are rich in sulfur, cometary material can release brimstone or burning sulfur as it comes in on fire.
Today a number of astronomers believe that the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah involved comet activity, but until now there was no evidence for this event. In my book (page 149) I wrote that: “The most definitive evidence for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah would come from physical evidence associated with cosmic impact. Core samples from buried sediments dating to the time these cities were destroyed by fire should contain high concentrations of cosmic dust with very high concentrations of iridium, nickel, and other elements rose at impact. There could also be grains of shocked quartz, whose structure stems from the high pressures of impact or tiny spherules of fused glass like material that stems from the high temperature of impact…. The bottom line is this: if the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was caused by cosmic bombardment as the Bible indicates, there should be evidence waiting to be found.” Little did I know that at the time I wrote this in my book Dr. Collins had already located Sodom and had begun to find significant evidence for cosmic impact.
Since the initial discovery, four more trinitite coated potsherds have been excavated at the Tall. In addition, a number of small lumps of desert glass have been found at different locations within five miles of the Tall. While the brief heat flash or thermal pulse from the cosmic airburst was hot enough to melt and convert the outer surface of these clay potsherds into glass; this thermal pulse was also able to convert some of the silica of the sand on the ground into what geologists call “desert glass” which is not unlike trinitite. Geologists have come to learn that the creation of desert glass is typical of cosmic airbursts over sandy areas. It has not yet been confirmed how large of an area was affected by the cometary blast above Sodom.
As far as I know, Dr. Collins has yet to do a mass spectrometry analysis of the ash itself to see if it has a definitive “cosmic fingerprint” of specific elements brought in by the cometary material. This “cosmic DNA” test could provide the most compelling evidence of all. The ash might even contain nanodiamonds, microscopic diamonds that cosmic impacts can sometimes produce. It would be nice if a pollen study was done in the area to provide scientific evidence to confirm that the plain of the Jordan was then indeed “well watered.” A null hypothesis could also be employed to further establish that the Sodom of the Bible has finally been found. For example, pollen studies at the other proposed locations for Sodom should show that they were not in a “well watered” area. Likewise core drilling and analysis of the soils at the other proposed locations for Sodom should show that they do not contain evidence of fire and brimstone as a result of a cosmic airburst.
Interestingly the thick hardened black ash Dr. Collins found at the site sheds a different light on what happened to Lot’s wife. Genesis 19:26 should now be translated to read, “But his (Lot’s) wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of hardened ash (not salt). The Hebrew word usually translated as “salt” is the word “malach” (#4417 in Strong’s Concordance) which means “powder” as in something “pulverized” like salt, ash or dust.

This illustration shows the asteroid 2012DA14 flying safely by Earth, as seen by the Gingin Observatory in Australia around the time of its closest approach on Feb. 15, 2013. At this time, the asteroid was about 17,150 miles above Earth's surface. When asked what should we do if we found out today that planet Earth would be struck by a large asteroid in just three weeks, a NASA official answered “Pray!”
Tuesday, March 19, 2013 the “Science, Space & Technology Committee” of the House of Representatives held a congressional hearing. The hearing was titled “Threats from Space: A Review of US Government Efforts to track and mitigate Asteroids and Meteors.” Prompted by the meteor that unexpectedly struck Russia on February 15, 2013 and asteroid 2012- DA14 passing very close to the Earth on the same day, the committee asked NASA, Air Force and White House officials our options for dealing with the threat from meteors, asteroids and comets. Speaking of the two cosmic events of February 15, Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX) said these events “… serve as evidence that we live in an active solar system with potentially hazardous objects passing through our neighborhood with surprising frequency.” FULL POST

Signs and Wonders in the Heavens
Thursday, February 14, 2013 a ten ton fiery meteor about the size of a SUV blazed across the Russian sky over the Ural Mountains after sunrise, part of which went on to strike a frozen lake. Early AP reports say that upwards of 1,000 people were injured by broken glass and debris as a result of the “blast wave” that occurred after the meteor exploded in the sky. Note: In 1908 a comet fragment 100 meters in diameter exploded above Tunguska, Siberia flattening 2,000 square-kilometers of forest.
The Russian meteor strike appears to be unrelated to the February 15, 2013 asteroid (DA14) which is half the size of a football field, and large enough to destroy a city. This asteroid is expected to come within 17,000 miles of earth, passing within the ring of satellites that surround Earth. Then sometime between Thanksgiving and the end of the year Comet Ison will come into the solar system to round the sun. As it grazes the sun it will no doubt break up to some degree and as a result dramatically increase in brightness. Some astronomers expect that it might get even brighter than the moon and be seen during daylight hours crossing the sky. Astronomers know that our planet exists in a cosmic shooting gallery of objects that could strike the Earth and cause major catastrophes. Are these events occurring in a relatively short period of time coincidental or is something else going on? Do these signs and wonders speak of events foretold in the Bible? FULL POST

What was or is the Star of Bethlehem?
By Jeffrey Goodman, Ph.D.
Many people consider the Biblical story of the Star of Bethlehem to be a fairy tale or myth. Some ask if there was a Star of Bethlehem, where is it now? They say that there is no scientific evidence for the Star as presented in Matthew, chapter 2. On the other hand, some people speculate that the Star was either a planetary conjunction or a comet. As scientific knowledge about the heavens rapidly increases, astronomy just might provide a scientific explanation for the Star of Bethlehem.
The Christmas story in Matthew tells of wise men who came to Jerusalem searching for the one born King of the Jews for they had “seen his star in the east.” The wise men probably came from Babylonia tracing back to the prophet Daniel and the Judean exile where a large Jewish population still lived in Babylonia. They would have made the connection of the star to the Jewish King based on the prophecy told of in Numbers 24:17 which says, “…there shall come a Star out of Jacob and a Scepter shall rise out of Israel ….”
During their visit with King Herod, he told them that according to prophecy (Micah 5:2) the ruler of Israel was to come from Bethlehem of Judea. He also asked “what time the star appeared (2:7).” After the wise men departed for Bethlehem they again saw the same star which they had seen in the east as it stood over where the young child was. Matthew 2:10 says when they saw the star they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.
The story provides some very interesting information about the Christmas Star. First, nothing in the story indicates that everyone saw the Star – only the wise men. The fact that Herod asks when the star appeared and it appeared again after the wise men left Jerusalem implies that the star was not always visible. So we can gather that the word “star” is not being used to designate a comet, a planet or a planetary conjunction, objects which can be seen each night moving against the background of stars. But what kind of star appears, disappears and then reappears? Maybe the Star of Bethlehem is a very special kind of Star which makes it very hard to locate and to see.
Meet the “Red dwarf stars.” Red dwarfs have masses that range from forty percent to just eight percent of the mass of the Sun, and diameters as small as one-seventh the diameter of our Sun. They emit little light, sometimes less than 1/10,000 that of the Sun. Red dwarfs are the most common star type in the Galaxy, and twenty-one of the thirty nearest stars to the Sun are red dwarfs. Some red dwarfs can suddenly erupt and temporarily get much brighter, and the light given off by some red dwarfs can be obscured or concealed by a “nebula” or cloud. A “nebula” is an interstellar cloud of dust and gases, something quite different than an atmospheric cloud.
Astronomers call a cloud-enshrouded eruptive red dwarf a “flare star.” More simply, a flare star is a red dwarf that may undergo very sudden short term changes in brightness. Most dim red dwarfs are also flare stars. Since flare stars can suddenly brighten as much as six magnitudes or more and go from invisible to visible and then back to invisible in minutes, a “wise man” who knew both where and when to look could see an otherwise dark red dwarf star when it flares and unveils itself. Could the star the wise men saw in the East and then saw again in Bethlehem have been a flare star? A flare star erupting and then suddenly increasing in brightness would explain Matthew 2:10 which says, “When they saw the star (in Bethlehem) they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.” Is this why Matthew 2:7 says Herod secretly asked the wise men “what time the star appeared.” It is a blessing to be looking in the right place at the right time when a flare star suddenly erupts and unveils itself. Clearly we are not talking about a star that can be seen with the naked eye each night like the millions of stars that dot the sky each night.
For comparative purposes consider that on April 25, 2008 the tiny “red dwarf star known as EV Lacertae, unleashed a mega flare packing the power of thousands of solar flares. The flare was not seen but recorded by Russian and American satellites. To anyone looking in the right spot at the right time the flare would have been visible to the naked eye. Rachel Osten of NASA’s Goddard Space Center in a report titled “Red dwarf star releases giant burst of light,” and said “Here’s a small cool star that shot off a monster flare.”
It is interesting to note that Proxima Centauri, the closest known star to the Earth (4.22 light years away), and many other known stars closest to the Earth are red dwarf flare stars. The possibility of being able to find an unknown flare star in the Earth’s stellar neighborhood by modern astronomical techniques is demonstrated by the discovery in 2003 of a faint red dwarf, a probable flare star that at first appeared to represent the third closest star system to our own. “Our new stellar neighbor is a pleasant surprise, since we weren’t looking for it,” wrote Bonnard Teegarden, an astrophysicist with NASA’s Goddard Flight Center. Teegarden and his colleagues detected the unknown star while searching a database of telescopic sky survey observations. “It was while going through the database that researchers discovered the dim red dwarf, which shines about 300,000 times fainter than the Sun. Its faintness has veiled it from astronomers until now. . . .” Bonnard Teegarden, the discoverer of the new star said, “since the survey only covered a band of the sky (about twenty-five degrees in declination), it is entirely possible that other faint objects remain to be discovered.”
It should be noted that a number of scientists such as award winning astrophysicist, Richard Mueller of the University of California Berkeley, believe that a dark dwarf star exists in our solar system. For various reasons a number of these astronomers propose that our local star, the Sun, like most other stars in the universe has a companion! This proposed companion has come to be popularly referred to as “Nemesis.” Nemesis has still not yet been seen and confirmed after 30 years, most likely because it is “dark,” and it gives off very little light. Some scientists say that it is not simply faint but actually “sub-luminous” meaning this type of star is relatively cool and does not give off enough radiant energy to be clearly seen via electromagnetic spectral emission in the visible light band. Another possibility is that something is obscuring the light that this star gives off. Beyond the Nemesis theory, some astronomers are now searching the sky for small sources of light and infrared radiation, which might indicate the location of a secretive companion star to our Sun, most likely an infrared emitting brown dwarf or a red dwarf.
The Bible appears to give information about this special type of flaring red dwarf star in a number of different places. Arguments could be made that some scriptures talk about this star. In light of the detailed information the Bible provides about comets, it would not be surprising that the Bible also gives information about a type of star that can drive comets to the Earth. (For full references please see THE COMETS OF GOD, and see www.thecometsofgod.com and www.newscientificevidenceforgod.com
Psalm 19:4 says, “he hath set a tabernacle for the sun,” and since a “tabernacle” is a “dwelling place” (Interlinear Bible) this suggests that this dark dwarf, is part of the solar system. Psalm 19:6 says, “His going forth is from the end of the heaven (‘heavens’ – Interlinear, NAS, NIV) and his circuit (‘orbit’ – Interlinear Bible) unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof (‘from His heat’ – Interlinear).” This suggests that the star travels at the end of the solar system (heaven). When Psalm 19:6 also says that “nothing is hid from the heat thereof or from His heat,” it suggests that this star is an infrared emitter, as infrared radiation is the heat given off by a body. Infrared radiation is a function of temperature, and this is how night vision glasses work by making heat waves visible.
A flare star, that is, an eruptive red dwarf star enshrouded in a hydrogen cloud, is an infrared emitter, because the dim light it gives off is mostly blocked and converted to additional heat by the thick and opaque hydrogen cloud that conceals it. II Peter 1:19 may apply here since it talks about “a light that shineth in a dark place” until the day comes when the “day star” arises. “A light that shineth in a dark place” is an accurate description of a flare star, a star that shines inside the cloud that covers and conceals it. Finally, it must be noted that most flare stars are dim eruptive red dwarfs and that all flare stars are infrared emitters.
While the Bible is not a science book, it contains historical and scientific information. There are scriptures that clearly describe cosmic objects enshrouded by clouds, objects that shine in dark places, and objects that unseen by we Earthlings. Finally, could the Star out of Jacob, a Scepter out of Israel, the Star seen only by the wise men at the time of Jesus’ birth also be the “sign of the Son of Man in heaven …” Matthew 24:30) that appears with Jesus’ return? If so, according to the Bible it will make a reappearance that many will see.

The Tale of the Tower – Part 1
The Truth about What Really Happened at the Tower of Babel
In his book excerpt from The Comets of God, archeologist and author, Dr. Jeffrey Goodman forces readers to look at the Tower of Babel Bible story with new analytical eyes and a heavy dose of skepticism.
Its central theme [“The Curse of Agade”] concerns national catastrophe as a direct consequence of divine wrath kindled by a defiant act on the part of man.

Tracing the meaning of certain words in the Bible back to their usage in the ancient Near East reveals a large body of internally consistent and detailed scientific information about comets. For example, two of these key words are "star" and "host." To the ancient Hebrews and Greeks the word "star" was a non-specific term used to designate any of the luminous bodies seen in the heavens, including comets, meteors and planets. The term "host" or "host of heaven" was a reference to various objects in heaven and in particular comets. The Sumerians, Akkadians, Babylonians and Assyrians believed the objects of heaven, and most importantly comets were indwelt by a pantheon or group of gods which they feared and worshipped (Deuteronomy 4:19, 17:3 and Acts 7:42). The Hebrew people were explicitly warned not to worship or fear the “stars” or “host of heaven.” FULL POST

While the Bible makes reference to the Weapons of God’s Wrath (Isaiah 13:5 NIV), few Bible scholars have addressed exactly what God’s weapons are. Yet dozens of books and scores of pastors have spoken about the part nuclear weapons will play during the end times. Does God need man’s modern inventions to accomplish His will during the end times? Based on the description of the disastrous events prophesied in Revelation, the weapons of God’s wrath must be able to:
