Preparing for the 2013 Presidential Inauguration

Earlier today President Barack Obama was sworn in to serve his second term as President in a private ceremony. In less than 24 hours President Obama will recite his oath of office in a public ceremony. The reason for two events: Federal buildings are closed on Sundays.

The CP Events blog will live blog tomorrow's event. So be sure to check tomorrow's news coverage. The inauguration will begin at 11:30 Eastern time. Myrlie Evers-Williams will give the opening prayer and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir will sing during the event.
