Atlanta CPA...Incorporated and Need to Plan for Taxes?

Have an S Corporation and Don't Know What Your Tax Bill Will Be?

Have an S Corporation and Don't Know What Your Tax Bill Will Be? At His CPA, we work hard helping our clients understanding their tax obligations before they become a problem. Work with a CPA who consistently works hard to keep you informed on all of your tax burdens and responsibilities. The below is a sample letter we might send to a client to help them with their 2011 tax planning:

Tax law says we need to pay a fair and reasonable given position and profit (sales minus business expenses but before owners salaries and shareholder distributions).

Please get to me a copy of your year to date check stub from your prior employer and the amount in thousands for the above.

Then I can do the tax planning and determine the number you can tell the payroll service to withhold.

Please keep in mind that all S Corporation owners are required to pay a fair and reasonable salary given position and profit.

If still questions please give me a call so we can go over in detail.

HIS CPA offers a wide range of tax, financial and consulting services especially tailored towards helping you achieve your goals and an ultimate level of success. Have you ever wanted to work with someone whom you felt really cared about you, your business, your retirement, and planning for your family? I have a heartfelt conviction that I really want to "serve" my fellow Business Owners and to give advice that hopefully you will feel are beyond the scope of CPA services you ever experienced.
