Don't Let IRS Notices Go Un-noticed?

Atlanta CPA...Don't Let IRS Notices Go Un-noticed?

What to Do When IRS Tax Notices Arrive?

At His CPA PC, our CPA has decades of experience of addressing IRS tax issues ensuring that you pay only your lowest legal tax. To help ensure your IRS Representation experience is as successful as possible, be sure you retain as a Power of Attorney a CPA who is well versed in addressing IRS tax problems and IRS back taxes. The below is a sample letter we might sent to a client to begin to address their open IRS tax issues:

Internal Revenue Service
Atlanta GA

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing you in a good faith attempt to come to terms over the above taxpayers' present predicament and to address all the monies they presently have open with the IRS, for their income and payroll taxes. I am willing/eager to supply you with any information that you might need in order to process their case and to pay any and all outstanding monies.

I am writing you in a good faith attempt to come to terms over the above taxpayers' present predicament and to address their tax issues. I believe it is a just and fair request to abate all of the previously assessed penalties. Please suspend all collection efforts for sixty days while I work with the taxpayers to ensure that all of their returns are filed.

The taxpayers had no financial adviser in the past and they have retained me to assist them in this endeavor. At your earliest opportunity please call and confirm that the collection efforts have been stopped.

I believe the IRS is a just and fair institution whose goal is to assist those who are now attempting to comply with all of their current tax liabilities and has now a proven track record of doing so.

I look forward to working with you to address these issues to the satisfactory conclusion of both the IRS and the taxpayer.

Accordingly please cease all collection efforts while this tax issue is being addressed and allow the taxpayer 60 days to pull all of their information together and to address the open tax monies due.

Please suspend all collection efforts for sixty days while I work with the taxpayers to ensure that all of their returns are filed.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to working with you to process their file.

Sincerely, John C. Dillard, CPA, PC, Partner in Charge
