Successful IRS Representation Requires Much More than one might think including: A CPA who is well versed in tax representation issues and a proven track record of success. Several face to face meetings with each and every client combing over the facts in great detail. Most involve taking the case up to IRS Appeals, Intense Negotiations and a Dogmatic Zeal for Success and Excellence. A Willingness to Provide Full and Complete Documentation that the IRS Requests. A Imaginativeness and Ability to Think Outside the Box to Consistently Work Towards Successful Resolution. A Refusal To Focus On the Past But a Bent Towards a Positive Future. Both a Technical Grasp and Judicious Discernment Towards the Successful Understanding & Application of Tax Law
