Have you received an IRS Notice Threatening Increased Collection Efforts?

Duluth GA CPA...Have you received an IRS Notice Threatening Increased Collection Efforts?

Work Aggressively to Address IRS Tax Issues before the IRS Aggressively Pursues Collection Efforts.

Are IRS Tax Issues Dragging You Down?

As a Faith Based CPA firm we know you have enough details to worry about without having to worry is your CPA guiding you in the right path. At www.HisCPA.com you will find tax and business information you can use 24/7 to help you navigate the many tax details of operating, running your own business. Be sure you work to keep your business in the black by working with a CPA who can help guide in all business management and tax issues. The below is a sample letter we might send to a client to ensure that all tax issues are both timely and well-explained. Be sure that you find a CPA who is well-versed and has a history of success when addressing IRS Representation issues:

I just got in the mail an notice form the IRS dated 9-30-11 giving your ninety days to file to them your 2010 personal income tax return. Please note this is one of the returns I just forwarded to you.

Please file it/your 2010 personal income tax return to the IRS as noted/per the directions as detailed in the IRS letter. I will forward a copy to you in today's mail. Failure to do so will result in the issue going to Tax Court and the assessment of additional penalties and interest being due.

This is to confirm my advice that I expect that if you do not file your returns ASAP that the IRS & GA both will:

-Garnish your wages.

-Levy and seize your bank accounts.

-Consider filing in tax court to assess monies owned.

It is my experience in dealing with the IRS, GA and collection efforts that is always better to:

-File Your Returns ASAP

-Address open monies with the IRS seeking a positive resolution rather than forced collection efforts.
