Mailed an IRS letter appealing the initial decision of an IRS penalty abatement request providing substantive reasons and an affidavit from the client.

Continued enjoying the fruits of our efforts by our daughter being granted in state tuition rates where she attended college, while requesting follow-up to apply for the Hope Scholarship.

Forwarded correspondence to a taxpayer address the tax options of an Offer in Compromise, Paying the taxes and interest in full or setting up an IRS Installment Plan.

Helped a new client determine which entity choice is the best selection for their new business while working with an attorney.

Reminded several business owners that S Corporation returns or IRS Form 1120S that were originally due March 15, 2011 for the 2010 tax year final due date is September 15, 2011. Return was legally extended giving the taxpayer an additional six months to file corporate returns while reminding that an extension to file is not an extension to pay.

Worked with a taxpayer to file for their entity as an S Corporation by the filing of IRS Form 2553: Election by a Small Business Corporation being sure to follow the IRS Revenue procedures when the original deadline of March 15th is not met.

Assisted taxpayers with their tax planning issues for 2011 and the coordinating the payment of old back tax issues and tax returns.

Discussed Penalty Abatement Issues with a Taxpayer facing a tax lien and a levy/tax problems, while carefully evaluating option and their practicality to taxpayers individual situation.

Advised a taxpayer that a rule of IRS Installment Agreements is that the taxpayer has to remain current in filing and payment on all future tax fillings or the Installment Agreement is voided.

Met with a new client to help them with their personal income tax return/IRS Form 1040.

Met with a new client to help them with their corporate income tax return/IRS Form 1120S.

Wrote articles for the Christian Post, an on-line Christian web site.

Continued to work with a client needing to file several years of old back taxes for both their corporation and their personal income tax returns.

Finished all tax returns where complete data was present within 24 hours, some even faster.

Assisted a taxpayer with issues for past amended corporate income tax returns.
