Dr. Gene Harker’s educational, professional, and personal life is dedicated to helping others flourish. He has four graduate degrees (M.Ed, MA, PhD, and MD) in four disciplines (education, theology, psychology, and medicine) with stints at three Big Ten Universities, a seminary, and an Ivy League School. He has 25 years of professional experience as a physician, psychologist, and professor. Dr. Harker is a frequent seminar speaker and is published in refereed journals. However, most importantly, his writing is autobiographical—it is personal. He desires to flourish, living a healthy, whole, integrated life, and he is thrilled when others join him on this life-altering journey (www.geneharker.typepad.com).
