Rich Rollins, D.Min., is the co-author of Redeeming Relationships, How to Resolve 10 Common Conflicts and Reduce their Frequency (www.Redeeming Relationships.com) has served as a healthcare professional, college vice-president, and church consultant.
He is the executive pastor of Valley Bible Church, a nationally acclaimed community church with a diverse congregation of 2,000 in the San Francisco Bay area. (Approximately 60 percent of the congregation has been saved out of drug and alcohol abuse.) For more than thirty years, Rich’s work on relational conflict has made him a sought-after counselor and conference speaker. Rich and his wife, LouAnna, have been married for more than forty-five years. They have two daughters and a son-in-law, who live in Southern California.
