ABOUT ME
Dr. Len Lopez uses his diverse background and training in natural medicine and strength training to help those struggling with bringing their 'health' and 'fitness' together.

Dr. Len is the author of “To Burn or Not to Burn – Fat is the Question” and “Five STEPS a Day,”as well as, the creator of the Work Horse Fitness Trainer. He has been in private practice for over fifteen years in Dallas, Texas using natural, holistic principles that address the cause of the problem, not merely the symptom.

He offers Second Opinions to help those who are confused by all the different health information or those who are not getting the results they are seeking. He has helped professional athletes to stay at home moms. His career and training has taken him from private practice to hosting both radio and television shows, to manufacturing and formulating nutritional and fitness products.

His goal is to educate people on how the body functions and how to repair it other then simply prescribing a medication. You can invite him to speak at your next meeting or function.

His passion is teaching and speaking and enjoys sharing his belief that “the body is much like a chain…it is only as strong as its weakest link…and the good Lord linked the body together by organs and systems…and is only as healthy as its weakest functioning system.”
