text size A A A

2013 should be an interesting year for a growing Christian film industry.

Already one Christian movie has been filmed this year. Finding Normal was shot in 12 days in Columbia, Louisiana. This movie will be released in the fall. The cast included actress Candace Cameron Bure and actors Trevor St. John, Lou Beatty Jr., and Andrew Bonjorno.

Bure wrote an article about her experience acting in this movie.

The movie Doonby is being shown this week in Washington, D.C. This movie includes Norma McCorvey in the cast. McCorvey is famous for her role in legalizing abortion. She was the "Roe" in the Roe v. Wade court case. McCorvey has since changed sides on the abortion issue and is now a devout Christian.
