Rev. Omarosa Mourns the Passing of Fiance Michael Clark Duncan

Michael Clark Duncan died Monday in Los Angeles leaving behind sad fans and a heatbroken fiancee, reality star turned pastor Omarosa Manigault.

According to, Rev. Manigault released a statement saying that the 6ft., 4in. "Green Mile" actor "suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered."

The statement continues, "Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time."

She also told Radar Online that she is "devastated" by his death. "He was the love of my life."

Rev. Manigault became a household name in 2004 as a fierce competitor on Donald Trump's reality show "The Apprentice." In 2009 she enrolled in Ohio's United Theological Seminary to pursue a Doctor of Ministry degree. Rev. Manigault is now an assistant pastor at Los Angeles' Weller Street Missionary Baptist Church according to The Grio.

Manigault and Duncan later met at a grocery story. Duncan told OK! magazine in 2010, "At a Whole Foods in the produce section…I was in there one day and I saw her and I thought to myself, that is a gorgeous woman. She is fine." Rev. Manigault described him as "incredibly romantic."

She said the family is planning both private and public funeral services. The dates for the services have not been announced yet.
