TV Series to Feature Gospel Group Forever Jones
In 2010 the Gospel group forever JONES release their first album which received a Grammy nomination. The band from Shreveport, Louisiana, includes 7 family members.
Member Dewitt Jones IV explains the group's mission in the band's bio, "We want to write and sing music that speaks to somebody’s spirit ... It’s really powerful whenever you hear a song or an artist and the anointing speaks to you."
According to Broadcasting & Cable magazine, a reality TV series about the music group foreverJONES will premiere this summer on Bounce TV, a broadcast channel that competes with BET for African-Americans viewers.
The band has already found an audience on Bounce TV. Last year the group produced a Christmas special that showed the band preparing for a concert.
