We all get bored with our jobs from time to time, but when is it time to change your career? Many American's become dissatsifed with their career, but don't do anything about it. And maybe they should.

The average American changes their career seven times during their lifetime. That's a lot of career jumping if you ask me. And it's all because of dissatisaction. May employee's feel underpaid or that there is not enough room for growth in their company, therefore they change careers. But with the economy as bad as it is, that's not always so easy.
