You have to be able to identify your strengths and weaknesses so you can admit when you were wrong. You'll need to be able to put yourself in someone else's shoes so you can prevent disagreements from getting out of hand. You need to be able to think before you act and display excellent social skills. What's more? Having a high level of emotional intelligence can help you earn more in your job!
