The area also features a growing economy, top-rated public schools, and several colleges in the community.

Boca Raton has embraced the 21st century and has cultivated a reputation as being a major player for high-tech startups to grow, blossom, and bloom. The population of the Tallahassee metro area is about 368,000 according to data from the latest U.S. Census Bureau.

Perhaps the most unique aspect of the city is that it has four distinct seasons in its climate. Summer is the longest season as its winters are mild and short, and spring and fall are drier than summer. There is still plenty of summer-like weather year round.

The city of Jacksonville is another city on the rise in the Sunshine State. The Northern Florida city is building a reputation as a city for tourism with its extensive beaches and numerous golf courses. The expansion of the freeways throughout the sprawling city is a strong indicator that this city is experiencing an upswing. Located along the vast St. Johns River and aligned with the Atlantic Ocean, the city is a favorite of military professionals as it has to U.S. Navy bases. Additionally, the view of the city along the St. Johns River is postcard-like picturesque.

Along with various developments in the medical field, Jacksonville’s growing economy offers employment opportunities in various industries, including banking, insurance, and transportation.

The Florida seaport city also is the largest, land-area city in the United States. There are more than 500 neighborhoods for residences, ranging from new developments to historically preserved communities, such as the award-winning Riverside-Avondale development, on the west side of Jacksonville. The city also features the largest system for urban parks in the entire U.S. with more than 80,000 acres and 262 designated parks.
