Dr. Rodman, a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a Certified Grants Specialist (CGS) is an experienced public speaker, trainer, grant writer, and fundraiser. He is the founder of Here-4-You Consulting, a private consultation firm focused on serving Christian Ministries and Churches. Since 2000, Here-4-You Consulting has provided consultation for program development, grant proposal writing, nonprofit formation, development, training, and fundraising. Here-4-You Consulting has provided services on proposals to Federal, State, and Local government, as well as to Foundations, Civic Groups, and many others. Jeffrey has written hundreds of proposals, secured of millions of dollars as a consultant, has had over 80% of his proposals funded, and has secured over 90% of the dollars for which he has applied.

Statement Of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the holy infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father where He reigns as King, and in His imminent and bodily return to earth in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, spiritual regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and that this salvation is received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Messiah, Savior and Lord, and not as a result of good works. This free gift of saving grace, however, will always produce in the regenerated believer “fruit in keeping with repentance” — a faith that is manifest through its good works.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling in Christianity empowers the Christian to live a sanctified, Godly life, and to perform service pleasing to the Lord.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across racial, gender, and class differences.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple men of every nation. The fulfillment of that Great Commission requires that all worldly and personal ambitions be subordinated to a total commitment to "Him who loved us and gave Himself for us."

1 Corinthians 3:10-15
10 By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds. 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 If any man builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, 13 his work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light.
