Resurrection: the event told about in the Bible in which Jesus Christ returned to life after his death. Each year all around the world people celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. Bible tells us resurrection of Christ took place three days after His crucifixion

(Matthew 28:1; Mark 16:2,9; Luke 24:1; John 20:1,19).

Resurrection: the event told about in the Bible in which dead people will be brought back to life before the day of final judgment. Still today, some believe and some do not believe in the resurrection. It is good to know that the word of God is true and truth and does not change because you believe or don’t believe. Jesus said unto Martha, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live John 11:25.Acts 23:6 KJV But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question.

Resurrection: the act of causing something that had ended or been forgotten or lost to exist again, to be used again, etc. As a young child, I loved to write poems. As I grew into adulthood, I lost the desire to carry out that activity. Then one day after experiencing a wonderful spirit filled service at my church the desire to write returned. I went home after that service and wrote a song “Holy”. I continue to write songs inspired by the word of God, meditations and reflections on scriptures, on experiences in my life, about things I saw around me etc. You can say that the gift of writing was “resurrected” in me. Many times, we have dreams, aspirations, gifts, talents that have been lost, forgotten or no longer exist. Sometimes these things are lost because we neglected to properly care for them, to cultivate or guard them. Whatever the reason that we “lost” the gift, desire etc. we can go to our heavenly father and ask for resurrection of that gift.

SPEAK THE ANSWER NOT THE PROBLEM. THE ANSWER IS THE WORD OF GOD. Heavenly father we come to you in the name of your son, Jesus asking that you cover us with the BLOOD OF JESUS. We repent for being careless with the gifts that you have given to us. We ask that you lay your hands upon us and stirred up the gifts within us. We desire to use our talents and gifts for your glory. Resurrect the dreams, hopes, ideas, creativity in us again. Revive, restore and quicken us that we can be all that you want us to be, to do those things that you have ordained us to do. Shut the mouths of those that spoke curses into our lives telling us that we would never be, never accomplish the things we set out to do. Shut the mouths of the dreams snatchers, the spiritual abortionist, and the one that comes to sabotage our destiny. We bind up low self-esteem, fear, spiritual intimidations. We loose hope, assurance in you, strength, might, holy boldness to carry out your will in our lives. We thank you and we receive all of your promises and walk into the prophetic destiny you have ordained for us. We thank you for perfecting all things that concerns us. We submit to your will and your purpose in our lives. All power belongs to you.
