Dawkins Dabbles in Politics – PC and Scientific Intransigence on Display

Richard Dawkins is perpetually lost deep in his own solipsism, but now it seems he is branching out into the realm of politics and assessing the 2012 candidates for the presidency. I know - should we turn up the ear, or run for the door?

On Dawkins twitter page filled largely with disingenuous digs, Dawkins drooling and fully indulgent, but dopey anti-Christian drivel, is a statement that wants to come in for a landing somewhere between defamatory and libelous. With his politics emblazoned in the clearest terms, Richard Dawkins asks the question about Mitt Romney, “Can you really vote for such a massively gullible fool?”

Dawkins also said that based on his intelligence Barack Obama must be an atheist. In the U.S many question, based on his intelligence, if he is a president, an economist, a foreign policy chief or a homosexual. Since no one is exactly sure, and we still don’t know, if he is a Muslim or a Christian, (In name at least) why would we add the question of his possible atheism to the uncertainty? Whew!

As if Christians were some kind of sub-species of lowlife brain deficient minions, cowering away from the light of his brilliance, Dawkins has added political figures in full pompousness and puff to his list of unwashed dunces and fools. FULL POST

Obama and the Liberals Meet - The 40 year Factor

The best Biblical teachers in the world have been forecasting big trouble for America over the last 40 years. While largely ignored the “great pay-day someday,” a phrase coined by the late Rev R. G. Lee (1886 – 1974) has finally arrived in our time.

The 40 year factor is based in the Bible’s repeated use of the number forty, used over 146 times, as the “time of ample proof.” Whether associated with days or years the bible uniformly engages this number to show that a thing has been completely tested. It is a period that signifies a chastisement, trial or probation that always ends with a judgment, usually summary in nature.

Examples are too numerous to list here, but some of the most famous uses of the number 40 are as follows.

For forty days and nights Jesus was fasting in the desert which ended in the great temptation by the devil. (Mt 4: 2)

Jesus was seen of his disciples and as many as 500 people at one time after his resurrection for a period of 40 days. (Ac 1: 2)

It took forty days for Moses to receive the law on the mount. (Ex 24: 18)

The tribes of Israel roamed in the wilderness before taking possession of the Promised Land. (De 8: 2-5) (Ps 95: 10) (Acts 13: 18) FULL POST

Best Advice for DNC Conventioneers - Watch Out For Cloud to Ground Lightning

Ministers and preachers will have tons of good material for a long time after watching the entire DNC Convention in Charlotte, even without the now infamous “God vote.” Before those comments and evaluations start coming like a flood, a look at the best advice offered by one young guest writer for Fox News would be appropriate, if not definitive.

On September 6, 2012 Fox News guest writer Dalton Glasscock posted a scathing piece about the mountain of lies told at the DNC Convention. While it was all good; the only thing that went higher in scope and bravura than the mountain of DNC lies is Dalton’s conclusion to an article entitled “Fluke, Fornicators and Fabricators.” Dalton hosts a blog called “A Teen’s Take on Politics.”

Dalton said, “What fundamental transformation occurred in the Democratic Party that when the words “God and Jerusalem” were added back to the platform boos and jeers could be heard throughout the stadium. - Here’s some advice for the Democrats - watch out for cloud to ground lightning.”

Calling speakers and the president liars for things spoken at the DNC is already common across the journalistic front, but it is hardly new. Several websites were long ago established for that purpose. One well edited site complete with cartoon offerings and hyperlinked documentation is Obama It is not mean spirited, but seeks only to inform the public that all that we hear is not all that there is. Obama: RNC in Black and White TV? – DNC in Rainbow, Red and Luciferian Black

While campaigning in Iowa last week Barack Obama’s spokesmen Jay Carney said he didn’t bother to watch the Republican National Convention in Tampa, but Barack Obama did say this. “Despite all the challenges that we face … what they offered over those three days was more often than not an agenda that was better suited for the last century. It was a re-run. We’ve seen it before. You might as well have watched it on a black-and-white TV.”

Good old days and family values have seen their better day and should be replaced with the nascent, colorful pop-culture trappings and forward thinking of liberal ideology according to Barack Obama. Bloggers, pundits, journalists and everyday Americans have been summarily insulted as responses indicate, but that seems mild when a comparison is made between the recent RNC and the ongoing DNC in Obama-wary Charlotte, North Carolina. To many Americans; the DNC is a horror show in full color.

Western Center for Journalism writer Dr. Kevin “Coach” Collins put together a list, just of the female speakers at the DNC Convention that reads like a ‘Who’s Who’ of family life haters. Virtually everyone on the list is in support of taking the life away from someone, but usually it is an unborn child. FULL POST

Culture War - Or Spiritual Wickedness in High Places?

Conservative hawks may want Rep. Todd Akin scrubbed from the ticket even as religious leaders and those voicing the social issues in this election cycle are defending Akin or at least not attacking him.

Is it because contributions may flounder or because even the GOP is phobic about the so called ‘hot button issues.’ It seems that while MSNBC is always the perennial least watched news outlet, they still keep the other news organizations slightly off center and on the defensive. While all news agencies and networks have addressed the social issues MSNBC is the most vociferous and the most prone to tantrum.

The fact that fertility doctors and gynecologists have included a regimen of stress reducing pharmaceuticals and behavior adjustment therapies to women to ease tension which in turn increases the chances for a pregnancy, does not seem to matter to anyone. It is politics, fundraising problems and the scary social issues that seem to be fueling the push to throw Akin under the bus. Akin’s expressed view is dismissed out of hand. It is obviously expedient for the GOP campaign, but it can hardly qualify as completely honest.

The larger problem is that any social issues are now labeled as ‘extreme’ and no one wants to risk stirring up a nest of angry liberals and their MSM mouthpieces. If jobs and the economy were in fact the only problems the nation faces all of this suppression of the social issues would be reasonable, but it is not. FULL POST

America’s Future in Prophecy - The Proof, the Promise and the Point of No Return

School bells ring across the nation as students make their Pavlovian responses, cracking open the textbooks that pimp the Darwinian delusion known as the evolutionary model. They are fed on missing links, faulty science and piles of pompous prior philosophic postulation; they are offered no chance to ponder a possible alternative to the pabulum. Their god is the gaseous cloud that luckily came together to create the big bang and their instructors are the high priests of science who teach that evolution goes on forever and needs no resurrection, no creator God and certainly, no redeemer.

Along comes the Bible that proclaims a message diametrically opposite. It warns that nothing in this world or the endless realms of space in which it hangs is going to last forever, but one single thing - the souls of men. Its proof lies in the integrity of the God who proclaims over 275 times that he is the creator of all there is. But where’s the proof for our eyes and our doubting hearts?

Rather than redeeming some city, monument, chapter or era of humanity’s brief narrative, The Almighty speeds to the heart of the matter and resurrects the only thing he has sworn has any eternal value. He pulls his own Son out of the grip of death, presents him whole and charges the witnesses to tell the entire world what they saw, in what is called the gospel. FULL POST

Forget Romney’s Tax Returns – Go Find Barack Obama’s Honesty and Compassion

Few stories have managed to jump off the page and grip the heart and the better sensibilities of this writer as much as the recently released news item about George Obama, the President’s brother. It flashed across a few of the better conservative internet sites, but was conspicuously missing anywhere in the main stream media. We have learned to expect less from the MSM, but this one may turn out to be the crown jewel of their collective dishonesty and indifference.

It is the kind of story that helps us to understand why Barack Obama must divert everyone’s attention to Mitt’s tax return and Ryan’s budget and anything else he can conjure up in the next 16 weeks before the general election.

Comparing Obama’s lack of honesty and compassion to Mitt’s tax returns is purely a case of comparing apples to oranges and yet, it is an assessment that says more about Barack than any speech, pitch, promise or proposal he will make between now and November 6, 2012.

It is an enigma, a non-sequitur and an absurdity that begs to be examined. It should produce shame in the media for not telling it, and shame in the president for living it, but my best advice is that you don’t hold your breath waiting for either one. FULL POST

November 6, 2012 an Election or a Last Chance? – Check Your Clock America!

Calling indecision cowardice may seem a bit harsh, but honestly assessing the state of the nation today, anyone worth his salt would have to concur that; indecision in today’s social climate is an act of pure foolishness.

The price for such foolishness will not just be that the wrong candidate got into the White House, but this time, in 2012, the price will be the very future of this nation.

We have a president who has announced that same sex marriage seems perfectly normal to him. Here is a case of one man leading the most morally upright nation in world history, who tells the people of this nation that what God calls an abomination (Lev 18: 22) is perfectly normal and acceptable.

Indecision and silence about statements like this, is without doubt, both cowardice and sin. To allow such conclusions without serious resistance means we have become mere respecters of persons. (Acts 10: 34) To accept the moral perversion of same sex marriage is the single strongest sign that we have become reprobate and are rapidly declining.

Visions of a nation busily sweeping out the Bible, all her constitutional and founding principles along with every tradition that was ever respected, is more like a nightmare, where just outside this house once revered by the world, we see a heaping mass of everything we once held dear, with a rainbow flag mounted on the top and fluttering in the breeze. Accountability: The Missing Element in the Obama Presidency

A plethora of incredibly hard to believe events takes place in America almost every day. Some are unexpected, but many are quite persistent like the nearly 1200 murders a year in Chicago. Others are horrendous events like the recent shooting in Aurora where over a dozen people were killed and several dozen wounded.

Following these events the media is buzzing with coverage and commentary from all the experts, but the question most often asked is – why.

Psychology gives its standard answers which usually have to do with childhood upbringing, abusive parents or childhood traumas. Finally there are chemical imbalances, pathological problems of every sort and description, including severe psychotic problems.

As the dust settles and the media intensity subsides we are often left with a larger void than when we first heard of the latest tragedy. The very word ‘tragedy’ has become the catchphrase of the decade. This is exactly why it begs to be scrutinized more carefully and perhaps re-defined.

When moral decline, callousness, indifference and distractions are the cause of tragedy it is like a sudden call to attention, a firecracker in a crowd or a bump in the road that turns heads, but only for a while. A tragedy becomes just something momentarily out of the normal flux of the day. It becomes little more than a distraction, except for those directly victimized. FULL POST

Doctrines of Devils at the DNC – A Wedge Issue or a Witches Brew?

This week the Democratic National Committee announced that it will not only support same sex marriage, but it plans to put forth the issue as a plank in the upcoming convention.

Dozens of organizations and churches have fought against the promulgation and legalizing of same sex marriage because it is seen as perverse, immoral, anti-biblical, offensive to nature and God and a frontal attack against families in the United States.

The creepy things are crawling out from under the rocks and entering the daily lives of Americans since Barack Obama announced he is supportive of same sex marriages. Those who share his twisted views are emboldened and vociferous more than ever since he announced his “evolved view” which he attributes largely to the influence of his daughters.

What has been previously played down with terms like, “wedge issue,” has now become a platform for an entire political party and if they have their way may it become national policy. All of this as the result of a couple of teens conversing about their friends with their father, stretches the most flexible credulity to the point of shattering. Will the first pop culture president bring in the first pop culture policy in American history? FULL POST
