The Epigenetic Revolution: What Lies Beyond DNA?

Three recent podcasts at ID The Future are worth hearing as a coordinated group to raise your understanding level of biology’s latest revolution. Although the discovery of the structure of DNA is 1953 ushered in the first phase of information theory within biology (especially genetics), the recent discovery of hereditary mechanisms beyond DNA, known as “epigenetics,” has triggered the second phase of information theory in biology. The presence of biological information at multiple levels within organisms (DNA and beyond) is understood best within the framework of intelligent design theory in comparison to today’s version of Darwinism, as the podcasts below explain.
