Westboro Baptist Church Caught Lying!
Westboro Baptist Church continually tries to take the attention off the purpose of an event and draw it to their hate filled rhetoric. Recently the good people at Texas A&M used a tactic that prevented them from doing this. It was called a wall of love. It sent the members of Westboro Baptist church running back to the hole that they crawled out of.
Well once again, the pastor who has a bad case of pulpit envy, is trying to use a national tragedy as a place to spew his hate. Here is a copy of the tweets that he and others sent.

As you can see, they had full plans to disrupt the gathering of mourners in Aurora Colorado. They also say that they arrived in Aurora.

The Propaganda of Westboro Baptist Church and Fred Phelps
Once there, the tweets started flowing as Fred Phelps and the members of Westboro Baptist church tried to spin what they were able to accomplish. As I started to check out the tweets I noticed that they would claim a news report verifying their claims only to see that the link to the news report had nothing to do with what they were doing. Here are some examples.

But it wasn’t just Westboro Baptist Church stretching the truth, they were tweeting downright lies!

That video has nothing to do with the Aurora prayer vigil! If that alone does not expose Westboro Baptist church as nothing more than liars, then I don’t know what does. All they wanted to do was to take the attention from people mourning the tragedy that happened and place it on themselves.
So what really happened at the prayer vigil in Aurora?
According to news reports and people on the ground attending the event, there was no sign of the Westboro Baptist church and it's members there. There were no tweets from people seeing members there, and no news reporter saw any evidence that they were there. Westboro Baptist Church did not just stretch the truth, they lied!

That is twice now that people filled with love and compassion for mourning people have turned back the harpies of hate at Westboro Baptist church. This is not surprising. Love always conquers hate. Kudo’s to the men and women, boys and girls of Aurora Colorado that did not let Fred Phelps and his cronies desecrate this event with their rhetoric.
