Ministers and Rabbis Challenging Christians and Jews to Make Exodus from Democratic Party

“… come out from among them and be ye separate…”

2 Corinthians 6:17

"We are not here to endorse the Republican Party… we are not here to endorse a presidential candidate… we are not here to endorse any party, whether it be libertarian or constitutional, or any conservative… we are rather here to say to Christians and believing Jews all across America that the Democrat party has demonstrated itself to be so antithetical, so immitigable to the values we hold so dear, that it is time for us to call for a mass exodus of Christians and Jews… black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Philippino, … to come out of the Democratic party! It has turned its back on us! It is time we turned our backs on it! That is why we are here!"

Bishop Earl Jackson

Chairman, Exodus Now

It is neither speculation nor conjecture, the Democratic Party bears an extreme hatred for God and Christianity to the extent that they are no longer afraid nor ashamed to make their ideology known to the public, including those who have devoted their lives to the furtherance of the ideas and principles supposedly embedded within the party’s platform. Unfortunately, under the leadership of President Barack Hussein Obama, many have awakened to the most shocking reality one who claims to be a Christian could ever face: the effort to remove God from their party’s platform! The political force that individuals believed to be operating “in God’s will” to help the poor, stand for justice, and see everyone as equals has turned out to be anti-God and antichrist!

While many ministers have sought meetings with him to plead their case, he has turned a deaf ear towards them, preferring to spend his time with Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z and others of the rap/hip-hop music industry. In the meantime, on September 10 of this year, a group of ministers held a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. calling for Christians and other people of the Judeo-Christian faiths to immediately withdraw and leave the Democratic Party. Although the party has been in a state of moral and spiritual depravity for quite some time, the leaders finally showed their proverbial true colors during the September 4-6 meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As the nation and the entire world witnessed, the efforts remove the name of God, as well as any references to Jerusalem being the capital city of Israel were uncovered. Having already completed the banishment of God from their governing documents, the leaders apparently became squeemish and outright paranoid over what they had done, and quietly sought to have the wordings reinserted back into the party platform. Many, Democrats and Republicans, alike found this to be a detestable act, and as Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa clumsily sought to acquire a vote (3 times!) to reinsert the references to God and other wordings back into the Democratic Party's platform, the crescendo of delegates shouting "NO!" became obvious. The majority of Democratic Party convention delegates actually chose to remove God's name from their platform!

For this reason, the organization Exodus Now came forth to challenge the people of faith (especially Jews and Christians) to recognize that the people of God were no longer welcome. As Bishop Jackson pointed out, the group is not focused upon political posturing in favor of another political party, but is purely sounding the clarion call to Jews and Christians to recognize the alliance they have become party to and respond appropriately by removing themselves from such evil!

Unfortunately, there is one thing that is a stark reality- even some Christian pastors and ministers will seek some way to rationalize that the Democratic Party is the party that seeks to do God's will! Income redistribution, political corruption, abortion, homosexuality, anti-Semitism and now the rejection of God himself will not sway those whose minds cannot be turned- they seem to be more Democrat than Christian! So in the end, let God be the judge!
